The plain-language version of our terms of use.
Micro Legislation Tracker is a beta service. Effective date: July 3, 2026. Using the service means you agree to the terms below; they may change with notice as we come out of beta.
What the service does
We monitor public government agendas and notices, classify items with AI, and email you a digest matching your watchlist. It's a beta: coverage varies by county, and features change as we validate them.
Informational only
Digests are informational, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of completeness or timeliness. Our sources are public bodies whose websites and publishing schedules change without notice; always check the official source document before acting.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's output, and don't use it to abuse or overload our systems or the public sources we monitor. Use it for your own civic, professional, or research purposes.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the acceptable-use terms above. We'll try to tell you why.
No warranty during beta
The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranty of any kind. We're building this in the open and things will break; we fix what we find.
Pricing
Pricing shown on our pricing page is subject to change with notice. Billing is handled manually during the beta - there is no automated checkout yet.
